SecureFlow USA does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or performance results from the implementation of any system, workflow, or configuration delivered through the Services.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, subject to any separate written agreement specifying another forum.
